How to Make Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

  1. Combine flour, Tulip Noir Cocoa Powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl and whisk them together until well combined.
  2. Prepare another bowl and mixer with a paddle attachment. Combine butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in the bowl, then beat using a medium-high speed until you get a fluffy texture.
  3. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients in a bowl little by little and whisk it until everything is evenly combined, forming the dough.
  4. Add Tulip White and Dark Compound Chocolate Chips into the dough, and mix well until you get a thick and sticky batter texture.
  5. Cover the bowl with aluminium foil or plastic wrap, and store in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
  6. Take out the dough from the fridge and rest it at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
  7. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  8. Scoop the cookie dough with a tablespoon and roll it in powdered sugar. Then, put it on an oven tray covered with a baking sheet. Make sure to give enough space between each cookie dough as these cookies will spread slightly as they bake.
  9. Bake for about 11-12 minutes until baked.
  10. Take the chocolate crinkle cookies out of the oven.
  11. Let the cookies cool, and store the cookies in a jar or enjoy immediately.
