Ingredients
- 300g Gepok Bananas (about 6-7 pieces)
- 75g All-purpose flour
- 1g Fine salt
- 2g Vanilla extract
- 0.5g Cinnamon powder
- 0.5g Baking powder
- 20g Liquid milk
- Tulip Chocolate Filling (or any chocolate filling) as needed
- Breadcrumbs (for coating) as needed
Instructions
- Smash the bananas with a fork until smooth, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, cinnamon, and baking powder.
- Fold the dry mixture into the mashed bananas.
- Gradually add the liquid milk while stirring until the dough is easy to shape.
- Roll about 5g of chocolate filling into small balls.
- Take about 35g of banana dough, flatten it, place the chocolate ball inside, and seal it into a sphere.
- Roll the balls in breadcrumbs until fully covered.
- Deep fry in hot oil over medium heat until golden brown. Drain and enjoy!
