Ingredients:

  • 150    gram    Butter            
  • 180    gram    Flour        
  • 40    gram    Corn flour   
  • 70    gram    Icing sugar       
  • 10    gram    Coffee powder
  • 3    gram    Salt         

Instructions:

  1. Mix the butter and icing sugar until well combined
  2. Add all the dry ingredients and coffee powder then mix well.
  3. Wrap the dough with cling wrap and chill it for 24 hours in the fridge.
  4. The next day, take the dough from the fridge and roll it between two baking sheets.
  5. Cut the dough into the desired shape.
  6. Put the dough on a baking tray lined with a Silpat, then bake it at 170°C for about 10 minutes.
