- 85 grams Butter
- 90 grams Low-protein flour
- 20 grams Cornstarch
- 28 grams Powdered sugar
- 5 grams Nori powder
- 1.5 grams Salt
- 3 grams Grated garlic/garlic paste
- 10 grams Green onion (chopped)
Instructions:
- Combine the butter, all-purpose flour, and cornstarch until it reaches a sandy texture.
- Add the powdered sugar, salt, nori powder, grated garlic, and chopped green onion, then mix well.
- Wrap the dough with plastic wrap and chill it in the fridge for 24 hours.
- The next day, take the dough out of the fridge and roll it between two sheets of parchment paper.
- Cut the dough into your desired shapes.
- Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with a Silpat, then bake at 170°C for about 10 minutes.
