*Preheat oven to 218°C/425°F


  1. Chop Tulip Milk Chocolate Compound into small pieces and put it into a heat-proof bowl
  2. Put the butter inside the bowl and microwave it at high temperature for 10 seconds
  3. Take out the bowl from the microwave and whisk until completely smooth
  4. Add sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and sour cream, mix it until well combined
  5. Take another bowl and sift the flour and cocoa powder, add baking soda and salt afterward, then whisk together
  6. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix it well
  7. Pour the batter into the muffin cup and fill every cup all the way to the top
  8. Bake the muffins for 15 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean from the center (you can insert the toothpick before the baking process)
  9. Take out the chocolate muffins from the oven after it is done and then let them cool
