MILK COUVERTURE CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE SHELLS - TULIP ARTE
Our Milk Couverture Chocolate Truffle Shells have a convenient opening on top so you can fill them up easily with ganache, caramel or various cream fillings. These are ideal for making round chocolate truffles. Simply dip in tempered chocolate to close the the filling hole. To add an extra flavor dimension, after the truffles have been enrobed in tempered chocolate, simply roll them in cocoa powder, crushed nuts, toasted coconut, sprinkles or chocolate shavings.
