Tulip Chocolate

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams Butter
  • 100 grams Cream cheese
  • 2 Egg yolks
  • 40 grams All-purpose flour
  • 1 gram Vanilla
  • 95 grams Powdered sugar

Instructions:

  1. Cream together the butter and cream cheese until smooth, then add the powdered sugar.
  2. Add the egg yolks and vanilla extract and mix.
  3. Add the all-purpose flour and mix until well combined.

Cardamom Chocolate Filling:

  • 7 grams Cardamom extract
  • 100 grams Oil
  • 500 grams Cardamom
  • 50 grams Tulip Chocolate Paste

Instructions:

  1. Heat the oil and add the crushed cardamom, soak the oil for about 20 minutes then strain.

Assembly:

  1. Roll out the dough to 2 mm thickness and cut into rounds.
  2. Add the cardamom chocolate filling and close.
  3. Place the dough on baking paper and bake at 165°C for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Remove and serve.

Tips:

  • For a richer flavor, you can use brown sugar instead of powdered sugar.
  • You can also add a pinch of salt to the dough to enhance the flavor.
  • If you don't have cardamom extract, you can use 1 teaspoon of ground cardamom.
  • Be careful not to overbake the cookies, as they will become dry and crumbly.
