How to Make a Double Chocolate Crinkle Cookie

Preparing the Ingredients for Double Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

Steps:

  1. Combine flour, Tulip Noir Cocoa Powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl and whisk them together until well combined.
  2. Prepare another bowl and mixer with a paddle attachment. Combine butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in the bowl, then beat using a medium-high speed until you get a fluffy texture.
  3. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients in a bowl little by little and whisk it until evenly combined.
  4. Add Tulip White and Dark Compound Chocolate Chips into the dough, and mix well until you get a thick and sticky batter texture.
  5. Cover the bowl with aluminium foil or plastic wrap, and store in the fridge for about 2 hours.
  6. Take out the dough from the fridge and rest it at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
  7. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  8. Scoop the cookie dough with a tablespoon and roll it in caster sugar. Then, put it on an oven tray covered with a baking sheet. Make sure to give enough space between each cookie dough.
  9. Bake for about 11-12 minutes until baked.
  10. Let it cool, and store the cookies in a jar or enjoy immediately.
