Hazelnut Coffee - Tulip Recipe

Treat yourself to the ultimate coffee break with this rich and indulgent Coffee Hazelnut Drink recipe. From the velvety homemade sauce to the perfectly balanced beverage, here is everything you need to whip it up at home.

Hazelnut Coffee Sauce

  • 60 grams Full cream
  • 60 grams Tulip Dark Chocolate Compound
  • 45 grams Tulip Hazel Delight
  • 10 grams Coffee powder
  • 4 grams Vanilla extract
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan.
  2. Whisk until fully incorporated.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil, then simmer for another 2 minutes.
  4. Set aside to let it cool.

Coffee Hazelnut Drink

  • 125 grams Ice cubes
  • 125 grams Milk
  • 1 grams Vanilla extract
  • 7.5 grams Sugar
  • 15 grams Tulip Hazel Delight
  • 7.5 grams Coffee powder (strained)
  1. Heat the milk and add the coffee powder. Dissolve the coffee and strain the mixture.
  2. Add the Tulip Hazel Delight, vanilla extract, and sugar. Mix well.
  3. Pour into a glass.
  4. Whip some full cream and drizzle the hazelnut coffee sauce on top.

Ready to serve.
