Our Tulip 62 Dark Couverture Chocolate is made from the finest cocoa beans to give you that rich chocolate profile. It has 62% cocoa solids with real cocoa butter. It comes in coin form, making it easier to melt and is the perfect ingredient for a creamy chocolate ganache, a chocolate mousse or use it to make pralines and truffle fillings.
